Downtown Washington, Inc. is excited to announce the 2021 Chili Cook-Off on Friday, October 22nd. This is the 20th year that this event has taken place in downtown Washington and the 2021 theme is Space! Part of the proceeds of the 2021 Chili Cook-Off will be benefiting the Franklin County Area United Way. The United Way will have a booth selling hot dogs and other goodies. Each cook-off team will have a donation canister at their booth for the public to vote for the Most Money Raised for the United Way.

The teams will be competing for Best Chili and Best Decorated Booth, with other special competitions. There will be trophies and cash prizes for the winners! The theme this year is Space.

Buy $10 Early Bird Tickets through October 15th. On October 16th, pricing will increase to $15.

Per City of Washington Chapter 250, no pets or outside drinks are allowed in a festival zone. Chili Cook-Off is located in a festival zone.
