The 43rd Annual Art Fair & Winefest will be held on May 17-19, 2024, in historic downtown Washington. This unique festival in the heart of Missouri wine country draws visitors each spring from across the Midwest. There will be wine and beer options, live music, food vendors, artists, and more all weekend long! Art Fair and Winefest is free general admission.

Join Downtown Washington, Inc. and local musicians at the Farmers’ Market for a night of music to help fill our local food pantries. Foodstock XIII will be held on August 24th from 5-10 PM! Admission is a monetary donation or a bag of non-perishable food items.
Farm to Table is a beautiful dinner held in the middle of Main Street in front of the Farmers’ Market in historic downtown Washington! This dinner is a 4-course meal prepared with locally sourced food and by local chefs. It is a one-of-a-kind experience!

The 24th annual Fall Festival of the Arts & Crafts hosts over 90 artisans & crafters with soaps, jewelry, artwork, clothing, wood work, décor, leather, pottery, and more! With live music and a food court all weekend long, you can bring the whole family out to enjoy historic downtown Washington!
Experience the magic of the holiday season as you watch over 60 beautifully lit parade floats, antique cars, bands, and walking groups travel quaint downtown streets. Join Santa Claus at the end of the parade for the tree lighting at the gorgeous Christmas tree at the corner of Main & Elm Streets.
Small Business Saturday is an annual holiday shopping day held the Saturday after Thanksgiving! This holiday puts the focus on downtown Washington’s wide variety of small businesses for the holiday shopping season. Come out to support local businesses and do your holiday shopping in downtown Washington!
Crawlin’ Around the Christmas Tree is a Christmas-style pub crawl in downtown Washington! Celebrate the holidays at this 21+ event. Each ticket gets you a sweatshirt, shuttle access, and specials at local bars, wineries, and breweries.
Bring the kiddos to the Farmers’ Market for a free picture with Santa Claus. Bring your own cameras and don’t forget to let the little ones tell Santa what they want for Christmas! There will also be holiday treats for sale and downtown merchants set up for kids to shop for loved ones.
Hop on the shuttle as downtown residents and businesses open their doors to share their holiday cheer. The 39th annual Holiday Tour will offer an exclusive sneak peek of historic homes and public spaces throughout downtown Washington decorated in their finest Christmas trimmings.
